Buna g\u00f6re s\u0131n\u0131ftaki b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00f6\u011frenciler e\u015fittir ancak s\u0131n\u0131fta bir engelli \u00f6\u011frenci varsa ona farkl\u0131 davran\u0131larak onu di\u011fer \u00f6\u011frencilerle e\u015fit hale getirebilirsiniz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bloklar\u0131n E\u015fitli\u011fi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Toplumda do\u011fal olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f bloklar vard\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin; Kad\u0131n-erkek, ya\u015fl\u0131-gen\u00e7<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00d6\u011frencilerin velilerinin meslekleri de bir ba\u015fka e\u015fitsiz davran\u0131\u015f nedenidir. \u00dcst sosyo-ekonomik d\u00fczeyden ve \u00f6\u011fretmenlere katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak (doktor, avukat, esnaf, politikac\u0131) mesleklere sahip velilerin \u00f6\u011frencilerine, baz\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin daha yak\u0131n ve ilgili davranabildikleri g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli Ortam\u0131n Sa\u011flanmas\u0131 \u0130lkesi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00d6\u011fretmenlerin en temel etik sorumluluklar\u0131ndan biri de s\u0131n\u0131f ortam\u0131nda d\u00fczen ve disiplini sa\u011flayarak, \u00f6\u011frenci sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fini tehdit edecek her t\u00fcrl\u00fc unsurun ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Yolsuzluk Yapmamak \u0130lkesi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En genel anlam\u0131yla yolsuzluk bir \u00e7\u0131kar kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kamu yetkilerinin yasa d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlanabilir. Oysa g\u00fcven ili\u015fkilerin temel unsurudur.<\/li><li>\u00d6\u011fretmenlerin mesleki etkinlikleri yerine getirirken \u00f6ncelikle kendilerine g\u00fcvenmeleri gerekir.
